SADD is cement-based, polymer modified, Two components coating. When mixed on-site, it gives a slurry consistency that is easily applied by brush, roller, or spray application.

Manufacturer Overview:
Al-Khayyat Factory for Cement Products was established in 2015 in Yanbu Industrial City of the Royal Commission. The factory was built with the latest German technology and equipment to be a leading company in the field of manufacturing construction chemicals such as tile adhesive, grout, waterproofing, plaster, putty, and their derivatives.
Product Usage:
It is used for outdoor sitting, kitchens, basins, concrete balconies, swimming pools, bathrooms, closets, basements, bridges, and tunnels.
Tips:
1-Substrates should be clean by water but free from excess water, dry and free from contamination such as grease, oil, loose particles, and any foreign materials that may affect the adhesion.
2-First put liquid (Component B) in the clean mixing container.
3-Add powder (Component A) slowly and mix slow speed agitator attached to a drill. Keep mixing for 3 minutes until get a homogeneous mixture and ensure no powder is stuck in the side and the bottom of the mixing container.
4-Apply first Coat with 1mm thickness by brush, roller, or by spray. For optional if the area is more than 30 m2 install Fiberglass mesh of weight 65g/m2. After drying the first coat, apply the second coat with 1mm thickness in the opposite direction of the first coat. At least two coats should be applied at a final thickness of 2mm.
